....Continued Yesterday, I did have John P. reach out to me. He is at a c-suite level, which means he took the time to read my story, and they do not have alot of time to read short emails. It is very much appreciated. He said he is looking into this for me, and I'm hopeful this will be a Christmas miracle. I am a little skeptical, of course. But will follow up with the outcome. Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end was courteous professional and done what they said they were going to do couldn’t ask for any better
Briana was amazing. We had a few issues with the loan and the closing. Briana was always available and always extremely helpful. I would call the mymac number and get another processor and tell them I want to wait to talk to her. I have over 300 employees that work for me and I hope that they provide the same service and passion for our clients as she did to me.You are lucky to have her on your team
