Having everyone on the same page. Having your associates look on the portal before they ask repeatedly for the same documents. Make sure they are communicating to the APPROPRIATE person. And answering emails/questions in a timely manner or expressing that they answered through the portal.
Grace and Tommy Palacios were an absolute blessing and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everything was communicated very clearly, if I had any questions or concerns, things were answered in a very timely manner. We were actually able to close early on the home of our dreams thanks to PennyMac and the team making sure everything was on track for closing. Thanks Tommy & Grace!

Anna would return my calls promptly. Walked me through everything and answered all my questions. She always went above and beyond to help me close early because the sellers were obnoxiously pushing to close before the contract date.

Fast friendly efficient
Jessica was great and helped me so much. She actually prevented me from walking away and choosing another lender. The issues with my property taxes and multiple fixes on the final cash to close were extremely frustrating. Thankfully, Jessica got it all fixed. But Essentially we should have been done within 1 week but the mess up on the property taxes and the back and forth delayed it almost another 3 whole weeks.
