Kaitlyn was wonderful. Each time we spoke she clearly stated when she would call again, and she always did so as planned. And when we hit some snags on our end with the appraisal report, she was able to rush document processing on her end so that we could close on time.
Everyone was nice, and happy to help with any questions. Very smooth process!

Prnnymac was good
The experience with PennyMac was smooth. Each person that I spoke with was helpful and all questions were answered. The only issue I had was some documents were asked for multiple times, but all and all the experience was good.
This process was very easy!
This entire process was pretty straight forward, when I did have questions, no matter who helped me at the time of the call once I told them my name and answered a few security questions everything was up and ready for him to review with me
Darcel was absolutely amazing! She made me feel like she was with me every step of the process.. She called me it felt like when I thought I needed to call her.. just to let me know everything was going smoothly!!! She is appreciated!!
Entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Everyone was very informative and made sure that I always knew what the next steps looked like. I will absolutely recommend PennyMac to all of my friends and family and Rebecca was amazing!
