Good service.
The teams dont communicate. You're emailing 3+ people. You're getting emails saying you still need to complete stuff you sent days ago. You call to talk to someone and they're busy. Another person says they will let them know you call. Two days later you email them and they never were aware you called. A regular person is expected to learn certain terms and know exactly what everything is. I was quoted the wrong monthly payment multiple times. They knew my location and yet they weren't aware of windstorm insurance.
The ease. The no stress. The people.
The reps at pennymac were very clear on what was needed and how long things would take. They even had all the documents ready and approved before the closing date that was on our contract so we were able to close a week early! Very pleased with our experience! This is the second time we have used pennymac for our home loans (we own 2 homes) and we would highly recommend them to friends and family!
Hilda was wonderful. The problem was with Adam (loan officer) that didn’t record information correctly. Hilda was able to provide clearance and was able to get the correct about of my loan processed.

very satisfy of professionals working with my loan. it was a very unique experience when you get good news that your loan is working forward and they need more documents to finish your loan. you feel so happy thank you for all your help.
