Chaix ended strong, but we had a very rocky start. During our first phone call, Chaix told me we would not be able to close on the same day the house we were selling and the house we were buying. I had been assured by my amazing loan officer Jacqueline Srgo this would be fine and is a common practice. Chaix was adamant that it was not possible. Such an easy process has been and far outweighed my expectations. Closing was done so quickly! All my questions were answered each time I called, and the team was very kind.
Ammie Mack was awesome because every time I called and talk to a member of her team about a question I have, she would called back and made sure I got the right answer and if I need anything else.
