They were very patient with me and the problems with my other provider. It took a few months alot of yelling crying on my part with the other provider. Barry listened and we finally worked the problems out/
Repetitive asks for documents, which necessitated calls to PennyMac to check and get clarity. Otherwise straightforward experience with expected results.
We were sold a loan product we did no qualify for and we're notifed 3 days before closing we would need to switch products and pay more. It felt really scummy, like you were here to just try and take advantage of us. We also were originally assigned to a refi processor and they were very annoyed to be bothered by our new purchase. Great experience
PM requested the same documents multiple times after I executed and emailed the documents to them, requiring unnecessary time and effort to then call PM. Charles did a good job in trying to rectify the issue and I can see he truly cared, but the execution of the process of receiving documents on PM's part was poor and uncoordinated. I think too many people were involved, all thinking the other person handled an issue, resulting in the issue not being addressed.
Very pleasant and quick to answer questions
Great experience during the needed times.
