Noah was very kind and helped with everything I had requested of him. He was very informative and made things very clear to me Thank you Noah for doing a great job.
The customer service during pre-approval process was excellent. The process afterwards was poor from the information/document sharing aspect. We would submit the requested documents several times to several people and the account, but we were asked for the same documents over and ever to have the process move forward. We have 2 other mortgages with Penny Mac and this third mortgage process was inefficient compared to the previous because of the document submission process.

The loan process was easy and all questions were answered professionally and timely. They made me feel comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice by choosing PennyMac over the other mortgage companies. All details of the loan process was explained and communicated with clarity. Great company so far. I will definitely refer them to others.
I was asked multiple times for the same documentation that I had already provided. I proposed a couple of questions to which only part of the answer was received but was ultimately answered at closing. Zanetta did a pretty decent job of responding but the overall process was perceived to be somewhat “clunky”. Maybe I just have high expectations.
