I've been a happy Penny Mac customer for several years so when I decided to refinance, staying with Penny Mac was the obvious choice. The whole process was smooth and easy; everyone I spoke with was very helpful. I am looking forward to being a Penny Mac customer for many more years.
Edward was absolutely helpful and patient. Many times I was traveling and he adjusted to my schedule and was very pleasant to speak with. The entire process was painless and very professional and on time. I would definitely do this again if needed.
I really appreciated the fact that when I had a question it was answered promptly. I was kept up on everything step right up to closing and everyone was all helpful and if the didn't know the found out for me and for that I'm am thankful.
