The entire process from beginning to end. I had never done this process prior. Therefore, I was very unclear with things. The loan officers walked me through step by step by answering questions, responding to emails, frequent check in calls etc. The patience was truly appreciated. This was a very smooth process.

I really appreciated the fact that when I had a question it was answered promptly. I was kept up on everything step right up to closing and everyone was all helpful and if the didn't know the found out for me and for that I'm am thankful.
