Great communicator and very friendly and helpful
I was told by Krystal that she would call me to go over the closing disclosures. That call never happened. There was something wrong on the closure documents that I caught and called about. I am not saying that is Krystal's fault but someone else should have caught that. I just felt that things could have gone a bit better. I also sent an email to Krystal in which she stated that she never received but I know that she did because I double checked multiple times to ensure that I did send it to the correct email address.... read more
I was told to grant Tennille Hamilton and the team my permission so that they could contact travelers insurance on my behalf and finish getting everything settled up for property insurance to be escrowed. I had already contacted travelers insurance and got my quote and selected what I wanted and told them I would be using them 100% and that the pennymac team would contact them to get everything squared away the rest of the way.
