Very easy process
I was told to grant Tennille Hamilton and the team my permission so that they could contact travelers insurance on my behalf and finish getting everything settled up for property insurance to be escrowed. I had already contacted travelers insurance and got my quote and selected what I wanted and told them I would be using them 100% and that the pennymac team would contact them to get everything squared away the rest of the way. Edward was absolutely helpful and patient. Many times I was traveling and he adjusted to my schedule and was very pleasant to speak with. The entire process was painless and very professional and on time. I would definitely do this again if needed.
