PennyMac made the process very easy and quick.
The entire team from initial contact with Matt through to closing was awesome. Kayla was great and timely. Matt was awesome as well in answering all out questions and was patient and responsive. It’s been a great experience

There was multiple requests for the same documents I had already submitted. I’d have to call in and refer whichever loan officer I was speaking with to my file of uploaded documents to have them submit it. This happened on multiple occasions.
Professional staff and got a better rate than competitors. Closed quickly.
