The entire team from initial contact with Matt through to closing was awesome. Kayla was great and timely. Matt was awesome as well in answering all out questions and was patient and responsive. It’s been a great experience

There was multiple requests for the same documents I had already submitted. I’d have to call in and refer whichever loan officer I was speaking with to my file of uploaded documents to have them submit it. This happened on multiple occasions.
The loan process was easy and all questions were answered professionally and timely. They made me feel comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice by choosing PennyMac over the other mortgage companies. All details of the loan process was explained and communicated with clarity. Great company so far. I will definitely refer them to others.
