There was multiple requests for the same documents I had already submitted. I’d have to call in and refer whichever loan officer I was speaking with to my file of uploaded documents to have them submit it. This happened on multiple occasions.

I was asked multiple times for the same documentation that I had already provided. I proposed a couple of questions to which only part of the answer was received but was ultimately answered at closing. Zanetta did a pretty decent job of responding but the overall process was perceived to be somewhat “clunky”. Maybe I just have high expectations.
