Mariela was great. I communicated more with her then the person getting credit for the loan.
I was approved to close and was assured that I could close by April 13 by the first processing agent Tracy. I confirm that all my papers were in and everything was good to go the only thing was missing was my insurance binder. I sent that two weeks prior to closing and was assured that everything was fine.
