I've never refinanced a home before and went into this process with lots of questions and some nervousness. Nathaniel made what I am sure can be a complicated process a transparent, comfortable and dare I say it, enjoyable one? Yes, I'm serious. We are very happy with the home loan process. It was easy, any questions we had they would answer, and advice us. After trying multiple times in the past with other lenders I can most definitely say this was the best experience, from pre-approval to closing, everything went smooth and stayed on schedule.
