I loved working with Taylor, she is truly amazing. Right before working with her I had an absolutely horrible experience trying to refinance i was looking into leaving pennymac. But then working with her restored my faith in pennymac and its employees. I actually felt like a person, like I said earlier Taylor is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone!!

Lack of communication with penny Mac about getting the documents changed, and for the rebate was change without no explanation and reason why, but ok due to the difference in when the First house payment is due.
