Julianna Cruz was outstanding! This is my 7th mortgage and by far the easiest because of her work ethic. Also, she found an overdue tax payment that slipped through the cracks and was extremely professional about how to remedy the issue despite my lack of understanding. She deserves a raise and bump up in leadership position at PennyMac!

Communication is/was the key. Just knowing that “my question(s)” are not hanging out on someone’s voicemail that never gets responded to, or unanswered email or text. Some businesses seem to have a problem utilizing the capabilities of all their devices. Your group seems to have it down. “Customer Relations”, we used to all it.
The process was very fast and done with no errors , My refinance team worked hard to make sure I got the best services possible , from application to closing ,Penny Mac is a great company to work with.

Better and clear communication with everyone involved- from the call center agent to the loan officer to the title company and to me.
I shopped around, and other lenders tried to sell my on service, but they couldn't touch PennyMac on the rate or the closing costs. To my surprise, I also got great service. I'm very happy I went with PennyMac.
