Taylor Pritchard was very good - professional and I was very satisfied working with him. BUT - PennyMac - not so much. My taxes were supposed to have been paid no later than 12-31 and that didn't happen. So I paid my taxes LATE This breaks the mortgage contract and REALLY MAKES ME ANGRY No Excuses for this miss - Shame on you Penny Mac
It was real easy and they answered all questions. I even had some bumps in the road with refinancing and they walked me through ever phase of the refinance to get it complete. You won’t go wrong
It was made very easy!
