Taylor Pritchard was very good - professional and I was very satisfied working with him. BUT - PennyMac - not so much. My taxes were supposed to have been paid no later than 12-31 and that didn't happen. So I paid my taxes LATE This breaks the mortgage contract and REALLY MAKES ME ANGRY No Excuses for this miss - Shame on you Penny Mac

First of all, I NEVER saw or heard from Willie Williams until the day before closing. at one time, I requested his phone number and was told - it would take time to find it . I never communicated with Willie throughout the process. I don't feel it was his fault because the multiple people and tons of emails from Penny mac were coming through but could never get them to slow down, or clarify my process and to help me sift through the many,many emails with tasks requests that were not necessarily current or needed?
