Seems like no one was listening to me that my closing disclosure was just wrong. Brandon just sent me canned messages assuming that it was my problem. As soon as someone finally asked my originator about my question, I got a call and we sorted out the issue. Need better listening skills. (and maybe a better signing portal)
Loan did not close on original closing day and no one called to advise that closing was being postponed. The next day processor reached out and said all phone systems was down and customers couldn’t be notified of anything. If I was made aware of closing being rescheduled that would have made my experience a lot better,
