Overall I would say this was a fantastic experience. Lauren and Blake at PennyMac were overwhelmingly kind, friendly, helpful and professional. I am so thankful I got to work with them. Everyone with the PennyMac organization was knowledgable, prompt, and communicated with excellence and responsiveness. However, the efforts of the separate title company, Doma, were less than stellar and were the opposite of PennyMac in almost every way.
