From the start of the refinancing process to the end the whole process was a seamless one. Mainly all due to such an outstanding representative Arameh Dilanchian. I spent a lot of time chasing the losing mortgage company (US Bank) for the payoff letter and sent it to the PennyMac team, when they should have been responsible for obtaining the letter from US Bank after we gave them written authorization to do so. I believe the cost of PennyMac and the title company performing this work is billed to the customer in the closing cost. Not happy with that part of the process and I have never been asked to chase down the payoff letter for any closing before.
