The whole process wasn't as difficult to understand once it was explained clearly to me. The loan officer was very patience with me and answered all my questions. There really needs to a table of contents for which pages I have to sign and a Notary has to stamp and sign. The Document packet is 144 pages long. I should not need to hunt for all the pages to be signed. I should've been able to quickly locate the page and review the page for the relative information for which I was signing for.
