thought the process took too long from start to finish....i was told one thing from a rep and told another thing from a rep.(that issue was about cash out of pocket expenses)
I am not sure if this is rating just Evelyn or the whole process. Evelyn was GREAT, always friendly and helpful. The first people I talked to when I called in where also usually great. But whoever Johnathon Love was, he was not helpful/available and the entire process felt like I never knew who to call- Evelyn didn't even come around until right before closing. I had no real knowledge of the refi process. The Pennymac team guided me through the process cleanly and with a minimum of difficulty, truthfully the difficulty was of my own making. Everything went smoothly than I expected and I'm very impressed with this particular team. Hat's off to them, I'd recommend them to anyone.
