I had my original loan with Pennymac and came back for my refi. Great experience. Very easy both times. Will do it again.
Marcia was great and helpful, so I answered most questions referring to her but as far as the overall experience with PennyMac, I have some complaints about Vireak. He lied to us multiple times regarding our closing costs. It took many phone calls and many days waiting for him to respond in order for us to get our closing costs lowered and he did not lower them to original amount he promised.
