thought the process took too long from start to finish....i was told one thing from a rep and told another thing from a rep.(that issue was about cash out of pocket expenses)
I am not sure if this is rating just Evelyn or the whole process. Evelyn was GREAT, always friendly and helpful. The first people I talked to when I called in where also usually great. But whoever Johnathon Love was, he was not helpful/available and the entire process felt like I never knew who to call- Evelyn didn't even come around until right before closing. Great customer service and response time!
10 Stars. Couple minor hiccups with paperwork but with so much paperwork overall it was no problem. Communication was extremely good on Pennymacs part.
