The explanation I was given concerning escrow was not entirely clear to me. It was explained, but not in a way that made certain that I truly understood. In the end I had to to simply trust that it was correct and move on.

Things ran smoothly and quickly with no mistakes to stop the process. Very easy and pleasant experience.

They got my payments and my closing costs down to my expectations. The only thing that they got wrong on my paperwork: my belated husband was in the Army, not the Air Force. Other than that everything went smoothly.
The PennyMac loan officer and staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Answered all my questions and always got back to me in a timely order. Stuck with me in areas of documentation and the tools they used.
