Everything was well organized and ready when it was supposed to be. No issues during closing and it was much quicker than I had expected.
From the first point of contact all the way to the closing I was blown away at how I was treated and how transparent all associates were regarding the process and expectations. Our closing was even way earlier than expected and we received funds within a week which was more than generous. We appreciate all of the associates that assisted us during the refinance process. From the start I was informed as to what to expect, possible time involvement in processing information and had consistent contact with one or more members of PennyMac. The closing documents were sent to me approximately 4 to 5 times with no changes. I do believe this may have been a computer error. I did email and report this issue but did not hear back. All in all I am very pleased with my experience.
