Excellent customer service! I was updated frequently on the status of the loan and questions were answered promptly. Very seamless process. Application to closing only took 3 weeks.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful
Everything was well organized and ready when it was supposed to be. No issues during closing and it was much quicker than I had expected.
Numbers should be looked at closely before telling customer what they would get back, and not changed several times, without notifying them. Or at least tell them it could changed for less, then telling them it will be more.
Thank you Pennymac team for helping me complete a refi I've been trying to do for at least 2 years. The process took less than 30 days and my rep, Darcel was so prompt and on top of all communication. Highly Recommend!
