Everything went very smoothly
It’s very difficult to get ahold of your loan manager. The worst part about the process was how unclear everything it and you have no communication on how things are going or where you are in the process. I started my refinance process and a month later found out it was canceled because they had messed up the information. When I called to check they told me I had to start all over again so I did, when I did the terms had changed and I had to pay 500$ extra for the inspection and I didn’t before. All my questions were answered in detail, never felt rushed or pressured to commit to anything and the best part was the willingness my advisor had to meet our requests and make it work!!!
