Darcel followed up with me throughout the entire process. She called to update me with information regarding each stage of the loan and when it was complete.
The swiftness of the closing and not having to worry with an appraisal were the best parts.
Look at the file for this refi, what a disaster. Ashton was great to work with, however not having a direct number to call was a major pain in the ass. Serious issues with overall mx and escrow as well.
