Experience was quick and easy.
Look at the file for this refi, what a disaster. Ashton was great to work with, however not having a direct number to call was a major pain in the ass. Serious issues with overall mx and escrow as well.
Darcel did a great job but there were some issues with scheduling the closing. Other then that I have no complaints
The communication and sense of urgency between the different departments can improve drastically.
It was a great experience.
