My experience with PennyMac (Ashton Northcutt) was awesome!!! She was very knowledgeable, prompt with her answers, and just very pleasant to talk to. after putting in our application I started receiving dozens of cold calls from other companies, it was highly disruptive and I wasn't told my phone number would end up on a list. In addition, its a big company experience. There were so many people working on our refinance that I honestly don't know who Marcia was within that process. That being said we were approved quickly and it was fairly simple to use the document portal. It was also nice that we were able to sign our papers at home.
