I could not have gotten a better person to work with me and guide me through the refinance process. Thank you again, Ashton, for making this process flow smoothly.
Amanda was fantastic. She patiently and completely answered all my questions, explained the entire refinancing process and it’s components as well as emailed or called regularly to ensure my needs were being met. Wonderful overall experience.
It was a smooth process except for a couple hiccups dealing with the VA requirements.

Jaciah was extremely blunt, direct, and matter of fact with any of the answers to my every question. This was refreshing. Most would sugar-coat things or soften their answers a bit, but Jaciah gave the precise answer immediately and didn't go back and forth on any details which was great. I appreciated the up-front approach he took with my call.
