Overall experience was pretty good. The amount of time it took was much longer than expected and that was not communicated well, however I would recommend PennyMac and overall pleased with transaction.
The whole process was fast and easy.
I was able to talk to an actual person and did not have to wait on hold for long periods of time.
Asking for docs and information they already had. Not being able to contact anyone directly. No responses to emails. And the title provider (Service Link) was terrible. Nobody could get the deed correct. They sent someone to my house to sign (we took work off) and the documents were completely wrong. The next time, they were still wrong. Service Link does not respond to emails. Good rate, though.
I only had a couple interactions. She was fine and answered my questions.
Professional. Clarity about what to expect. Knowledgeable and helpful in overall processing. Client friendly , staff very supportive throughout the process. The overall transactions required were handled in a very timely manner.
It was a quick and easy process to refinance with Penny Mac. The option of checking the loan status information online is convenient and is quite helpful.
