Excellent and quick service.
More accurate communication. Especially when I point out that the scheduled day of signing the closing documents is a Federal Holiday, yet am told that it could still happen that day. Only to later be contacted by the notary who was given Saturday as the appointment, not Monday. Then later to be told Monday does not work, because it is in fact a holiday. So then we had to schedule it for Tuesday.
Very easy and fast process to refinance our mortgage.
Using PM was such an easy process! After we completed the loan application and uploaded all the requested documents, PM did all the footwork efficiently. A mobile notary was scheduled and the closing process went very smoothly. Very much appreciated their support and weekly check-ins on the status in busy day to day life!
Great experience- the only suggestion is less people handling documents- we had multiple people requesting a document that had already been received and approved but others could not find.
The whole process was fast and easy.
Asking for docs and information they already had. Not being able to contact anyone directly. No responses to emails. And the title provider (Service Link) was terrible. Nobody could get the deed correct. They sent someone to my house to sign (we took work off) and the documents were completely wrong. The next time, they were still wrong. Service Link does not respond to emails. Good rate, though.
