I felt comfortable calling and getting through to a live person every time I called with a question. My loan officer was very patient and thorough too. Overall easy process.
It was smooth, clean and effortless.
I was apprehensive about refinancing and Dakota was very patient and extremely knowledgeable with the whole process. I was contacted by AmeriSave after starting the process, but found them to be too aggressive. Honestly, I only answered the phone because I thought I was talking to a rep from PennyMac and got sucked in. Brandy reminded me of talking to an old friend. She was very helpful and I could really relate to her.
I appreciate when they learned that I am deaf and they are more than willing to communicate with me over the phone. They explained everything what I really needed to understand better about refinance. After they explained to me, I was satisfied.
loan process was great. forcing me to write a review- eyeroll.
The only issue was the closing disclosure was incorrect and did not include all the taxes in our escrow so the savings/month we thought we would have was not actually as much as anticipated due to the oversight. Everything else was great.

Brandy was very knowledgeable about our account and the refinance/closing process. She made sure to give us a call every week to update us on the process she helped with everything we needed.
