Definitely had to deal with way to many people. Everyone is always telling you something different. When doing a loan closing you should only have to deal with no more than 3 people & hopefully they are all on the same team
From start to finish, all of the Penny Mac team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We have been burned by other companies in the past. This was so easy and fast, I will never use another company.
loan process was great. forcing me to write a review- eyeroll.
The only issue was the closing disclosure was incorrect and did not include all the taxes in our escrow so the savings/month we thought we would have was not actually as much as anticipated due to the oversight. Everything else was great.
The communication and understanding I got from Jaciah Woods made the process of refinancing, less stressful.
Darcell was great. My closing was reschedule many times due to Covid. Darcell was emphatic and showed companion. I enjoyed working with Mrs Thomas
