I was apprehensive about refinancing and Dakota was very patient and extremely knowledgeable with the whole process. I was contacted by AmeriSave after starting the process, but found them to be too aggressive. Honestly, I only answered the phone because I thought I was talking to a rep from PennyMac and got sucked in. Brandy reminded me of talking to an old friend. She was very helpful and I could really relate to her.
