Everything went pretty smooth but it seem like I talk to a number of different people and someone asked me the value of my house and I said I didn’t really know that I only know what I’m paying for it and then they gave me a number higher than I expected. Then when it came down to the closing I asked about it and he said he don’t know where they got that number from because you have to pay to have the house appraised. Unexpected closing amount due to an issue on my side of the house but other than that the communication was frequent and the process is getting much better than before. Wish that title companies would go paperless.
