The process was simple and straight forward. My questions were answered clearly and Pennymac representatives checked in regularly to answer any questions I had.
There really wasn’t much communication from my MAC team. I was left in the dark on how the closing was to take place. I feel like my loan officers didn’t reach out to walk me through the process.
