Ashton asked for the same documents several times and was not familiar with the terms discussed with Daniel. Every time we spoke I would have to explain everything again, and the constant inability to handle the loan properly lead to her manager getting involved and we nearly quit dealing with Ashton all together. The customer service she provided was unacceptable.
Great experience. Always prompt and friendly, no question went unanswered even when I had some tediously detailed questions. This is my 3rd home loan with PM and I've had a good experience, start to finish, each time.

This is the second time we have used PennyMac services and both times it was seamless.
I feel the closing process was very slow since I was already a customer of PennyMac and had made all of my payments in a timely manner. It was as if I kept getting the runaround. I was not happy having to send paperwork most of the time one item at a time instead of sending all needed information at one time. That seems to be a waste of time, perhaps you should give that thought.

The previous refinance experience was prolonged and poorly executed, except for the notary who worked with me at the end. By contrast. my experience with PennyMac was well executed and expeditious. Marcia Wiggins was ALWAYS on top of my loan documents, and performed flawlessly.
