People got back to me when they said they would. They fallow on their word. There was a record kept in the system of any concerns i had or of the conversation i had with any of the other employees. It was hard to get a hold of the same person twice but its understandable.
She was good and prompt, I was busy, slow and hard to manage... wife says same. She did great and did her best to keep me inline. :)
