Darcel was absolutely amazing! She made me feel like she was with me every step of the process.. She called me it felt like when I thought I needed to call her.. just to let me know everything was going smoothly!!! She is appreciated!!
Timely responses, clear updates on documents throughout the process. Transparency where other lenders tried to just get me to take their word for it - I liked the ease of getting updated estimates while I was shopping and ease of approval with the pre-work that I did.

My experience with PennyMac was great. They walked me through each step.
Ashton asked for the same documents several times and was not familiar with the terms discussed with Daniel. Every time we spoke I would have to explain everything again, and the constant inability to handle the loan properly lead to her manager getting involved and we nearly quit dealing with Ashton all together. The customer service she provided was unacceptable.
Very knowledgeable and courteous loan officer and advisor, which made the entire process easy and smooth. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
