The only thing was the original quote (closing ) was 1/2 than what it turned out to be and I still had to make a payment ( I was told not to ) BUT THE payoff was not made in time. It took another week so I was out 3k (1700 closing and 1300 payment ) by the time it was all said and done vs the the closing was originally only 800.
Calls were returned in a timely manner.
Ms. Darcel Thomas did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the steps needed to be taken. She thoroughly answered my questions in an expedicious manner.
The whole experience from Gabrielle to Amanda was amazing. They were a pleasure to work with and made it all too easy and pleasant!
