Everyone that helped us through this process was very polite and thorough when explaining things!
Initially the process was chaotic. But once Antonae Johnson took over the process, everything went smoothly. Ms. Johnson communicated clearly with me, provided the information that I needed, made it easier to request for information by centralizing to her all the request, and communicated directly to me those request. Great job on the part of Ms Johnson.
Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Although there were some frustrations over documents that I turned in but then couldn’t be found, everyone was kind and tried to help. I feel it was the system of processing at fault and certainly not my closing agent. She was extremely kind and personable and tried very hard to get things taken care of expediently.
My experience was pretty smooth from begining to end, starting with Jairo-First contact to Amanda who answered every question I had, all the way to the finish line. My overall experience was amazing, thans PennyMac!
