Better communication and follow up along with knowing where we were at in the process. Ashton herself is very pleasant to speak with and has great customer service on the phone. Straight forward, constant communication, easy process. Very pleasant experience.
not mess up the documents, not take so long to get the process completed, stop contacting me to set up a refi while I was waiting for this one to be completed
