Patience was key to ensure I understood all information being given to me. Sometimes I needed information repeated. Going through a refinance can be tedious even for the most savvy of people. I greatly appreciated Ashton's pleasant efforts to get me through the refi. Ashton's efforts were above my expectations. And Ashton was always pleasant.
Darcel did a truly amazing job. She spoke to both me and my dad on numerous occasions throughout the day and week. I truly am grateful for her patience, breakdowns, and understanding. Give her a raise asap!!
