I like the communication between us thru emails, phones calls were returned same or next day if we had questions. The only clutch was the Home Appraisal was delayed by more pics needed is all which held up the day expected to close by otherwise all good!
Be more specific about final numbers at closing. The first refinancing attempt started going bad with repairs/time… representative should have suggested going with straight refi so as to keep low locked in rate,as I was overwhelmed and unsure of options.
