Everything went smoothly, all of my questions were answered and the loan was done in a timely matter.
3/9/22 I had very little communication with Ajanay. Not to fault her. If the people assigned to my account were educated and knowledgeable with the VA refinance process. We never should have had to go through the process twice before closing. The first team never communicated with each other or the second team. There was a problem the entire step of the way, both times. The final issue is that the amount applied to the principal was not deducted from the loan amount as we were told.
