Lack of coordination between the various sectors in the loan processing process. Leads to conflicting feedback.
Yes. Anfernee was of no help to me. Only when I began interacting with Isabella did I feel like my concerns were heard and action was taken. Isabella was my loan officer even though her name does not appear here or anywhere else. If I had been assigned to Isabella from the very beginning, my ratings would be much much higher.
Everything went smoothly, all of my questions were answered and the loan was done in a timely matter.
Great service and fast
LaRonda was great but unfortunately she came into the process at the very end. My overall experience was long and unclear. I had to work directly with different people from 3 different agencies to get this loan closed because those agencies including PennyMac were not communicating with eachother. My closing date kept getting postponed which held things up for me financially.
everyone was nice even then things got confusing
