Very slow process. Hard to get ahold of people. I would get a different person every time I called and they wouldn’t know my loan history. I did not get calls back in a timely manner. When I was on a call it seemed like the loan officer was in a rush to get off the line. There were errors in the documents a few times and I repeatedly provided my closing attorney information which was ignored and another closing attorney and title company assigned.
The whole process was easy and fast.
I was well informed throughout the entire process. All my questions were answered promptly and we were able to close ahead of schedule. This was by far the smoothest mortgage process I've ever been through. Great job Penny Mac!!!
