Very slow process. Hard to get ahold of people. I would get a different person every time I called and they wouldn’t know my loan history. I did not get calls back in a timely manner. When I was on a call it seemed like the loan officer was in a rush to get off the line. There were errors in the documents a few times and I repeatedly provided my closing attorney information which was ignored and another closing attorney and title company assigned.
The whole process was easy and fast.

Everything went smoothly my loan officer answered lol my questions promptly. Mara & Sarkus were outstanding made the process effortless.
I liked the fact that I could always get in touch with my loan officer when I had questions. I also liked the way the loan application was available online and that signing and sending them back was very easy.
