Lack of communication and days between getting a response was annoying. I didn’t have a direct line to call for help or questions. Nothing was “bad” just not great either. The notary that came for us to sign was not exactly the most pleasant person, she got the job done but was rude when we asked questions.

When I spoke to Belinda she wasn't very polite. Nothing major but I thought it was a little harsh. What was the most frustrating part was the amount I needed to close changed 3 times with no explanation or reasoning. And the reason this became a problem is because it went up by over $700 when I went to close (the notary from the title company was who told me the real final cost). I complained and have heard nothing back. I need more characters here to tell you how I really feel :)
