My closing documents were wrong 3 times. The closing process was not clearly explained to me. I had to be on the phone sometimes with PennyMac 2-3 times per day leading up to my closing to make sure everything was actually accurate. My loan officers wouldn’t return my calls when they said that they would.
My electronic experience was great. However, the in-person experiences were not. The appraiser nor the closer wore masks and/or gloves to my home. I would think with a pandemic they would have more regard for me and my family.

When I spoke to Belinda she wasn't very polite. Nothing major but I thought it was a little harsh. What was the most frustrating part was the amount I needed to close changed 3 times with no explanation or reasoning. And the reason this became a problem is because it went up by over $700 when I went to close (the notary from the title company was who told me the real final cost). I complained and have heard nothing back. I need more characters here to tell you how I really feel :)
