Excellent experience all around!
I requested that I be called on my cell phone but I mostly got emails I almost missed the 3 day doc request once because of that plus I had to send the same income forms four times
We are like most people, we were a little confused about the process and concerned if we would benefit from the refinance and the new mortgage payments. The PennyMac people showed confidence in the process and their program. The numbers and dates we were quoted in the beginning were very accurate and timely to the closing date, even sooner. At times the situation seemed vague, now as we look back, everything went smooth. This is our second loan through PennyMac. Thank you.
