The people that check you in and greet you are awesome!! When the young lady who was dealing with me was going to lunch she informed me who would be checking me out!! Great communication!! What is always the same on the service end is the time, Even with a scheduled service I have never left the shop in under 2 hours!! It does not take 3 hours to do a simple battery replacement!! Quinton the service advisor I dealt with was very professional. But the wait time was over two and a half hours just to have my battery checked. Was not aware that they had to do inspections of other parts. Wish I would have been advised of the wait time.
