We got the deal we wanted but they didn't like it. The asst sales manager held onto my hand a little too long, the sales manager spent a lot of time just waiting even though we were already pre-approved. Maybe that was the issue. We had already been pre-approved and they don't earn as big of a commission??? The finance guy didn't speak more than he had to once he learned we didn't want any of the extras. The price was $6000 more than advertised on cars.com. Bait & switch which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Drove an hour to Peoria Ford just to pay $4k more than I would've paid at the dealership by my house.

Staff was great. Do not understand why having software installed to fix a problem is an owner expense. Peoria's 3% credit card charge is not attractive.

Seems like every time I have it serviced all the faulty lights come on. And I get calls from multiple salespeople promising me things they can't do and the last guy talks me into coming back there and I told him not to waste my time and he replied it won't take 30 minutes to trade my ST for a new one and keep the payment at $500 and he said no problem just get down here. Spent 3 hours of pressure to buy something I don't want so I didn't get what I was promised! 2 hours for a oil change while waiting is ridiculous.
Slow service, poor communication, and expensive. They had my vehicle sitting there for 4 days before they were able to do the work. At least give the vehicle back while we wait for parts or communicate why it's not done on date promised.
