Had a very low tire upon picking up our new used car. They said it only needed air. So two days later it's at 22. Put air in. Now it's at 12. Apparently there is something wrong they didn't find. Just expected more care I guess

MY INVOICE DOES NOT INDICATE FLUIDS WERE CHECKED AS IT SHOWS ON CARFAX, ONLY OIL. MY INVOICE INDICATES A QUICK LANE MULTI POINT INSPECTION, BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE DETAILS. MY INVOICE ADDRESSES A RECALL FOR THE TRAILER MODULE REPROGRAMMING, BUT IT WASN'T REPORTED TO CARFAX. PEORIA FORD ADDED A COMMENT TO THIS CARFAX INDICATING MY VEHICLE WAS WASHED AND DETAILED - IT ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT.
Brought my car in because my Maintenance shop found leaks everywhere in my engine. However, people who looked at it at Peoria ford service say there are none. They cleaned the engine and I took my vehicle back and waited a week or so & then looked in engine again and there are clearly multiple leaks including coolant and transmission.
I don't like having next service scheduled for me without picking day or time myself.

Service department not too bad sales department I'm afraid of

Lack of communication. At first, they told us what was needed. Then, when we agreed to a couple of items, no more communication on when our car would be ready. We knew at least a day after they needed to get the warranty part covered by our extended coverage, but then we heard nothing, then when I called service department was closed for the day and not open on Sunday, so closed till Monday, nobody contacted us to let us know what was going on!

Josh was fine and did his job. What I wasn't impressed by is while I was waiting for my invoice the 2 service guys sitting to the right of him must have thrown out the f bomb at least 10 times. I don't have a problem with swearing but there is a time and place for it

This dealership is incredibly latent in responding to scheduled appointments. I took my vehicle in for what I thought was warranty work at 8:45 on a Friday morning. I declined the very elevated price for simple service, so there was no work at all performed on the vehicle. I did not get it back until Tuesday at 9am. On top of that, the very high priced estimate for service that I declined was replaced by a YouTube video and I fixed the problem myself at home. Do better Peoria Ford.

Comp. Oil change great. Request for AC check did not happen, scheduled botch. Requested call back for time of service, did not happen. Time for getting vehicle after work completed to long. Not enough help..
