The worse experience ever. I was sold a lemon and after finding out I couldn't walk away with a different vehicle with the same offer as promised my time was also wasted and nobody cared in my eyes . It was all about the money and getting a car sold

Brought in for recall was there 13 days and parts free m ford still not there. Picked up and as oh 25th have not hea d if parts in yet.

Worst ever. I called on a truck they had advertised. I confirmed the price and that it was in stock. I arrive at the dealership, there were salesmen circling like vultures. I ask for the salesmen I spoke to, he was very friendly. We look at the truck it has about $2900 in dealer adds that were never disclosed. The last new car I bought the dealership quoted a price over the phone, when I got to the dealership they said we quoted a price, just ignore the dealer add sticker. Dealer great. Ford however should not allow drive axles go bad at 61000 miles and not cover the replacement. Very big disappointment. Ford owner for lifetime and a drive like grandpa

OK but it took too long. They didn't have the parts ordered ahead. All I got was a key backup. Too expensive and too slow (it took all day).

Took vehicle to the ford service center and dropped it off. I was called 2 hours later to be informed that ford had cancelled the recall and I could come pick up the vehicle. Seems like ford needs to get there ducks in a row before inconveniencing their customers.

They put services on estimate that I didn't need only because they didn't know. You could you know, ask first instead of adding to my account. I have paperwork proving I keep up with my services and I don't need false information added that may reflex on other reports. And you guys are very overpriced for replacing engine mounts.

I was not happy at all with the service I received from Peoria Ford. I brought the truck in for a recall to the backup camera and to have a knob on a a/c vent replaced. I brought it in on a Monday at 7:15am. I had to wait 15-20 minutes before the service rep came to discuss it. I asked if they could do it all in one day as the last time in, on a weekend, I was told they couldn't do it on a Saturday and I would need to bring it back during the week. We liked nothing will never go back to Peoria Ford. Service advisor person Mike Quiton rude and arrogant - after escalated phone calls to service manager Mike Gedini sp.?-- vague explanations of the diagnostic work performed-- could not answer specific tech questions--- my NAPA certified mechanic and I-----declined service on vehicle because of this unprofessional atmosphere--- answers and treatment--- absolutely the worst experience ever as I worked at a dealership as well this would not been tolerated at that shop
